Delivery
  1. Should you opt to use this method, we shall need the following:
  2. Customers are responsible for covering entrance fees and coordinating gate passes for deliveries within subdivisions, villages, buildings, or townhouses.
  3. Please give us the full shipping address, with any nearby landmarks and instructions for delivery if the recipient isn't available.

Store Pick-up

You may also choose to pick up your ordered items from our main store located at 233 Sumulong Highway, Antipolo, 1870 Rizal

Shipping Region:

We currently only ship orders to the Philippines through Rocco Furnishing International LTD. Co. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries or regions at this time. Additionally, please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses unless they are linked to a street address. This is because our Ground service needs a valid street address to deliver packages. 

Delivery Timetable:

Our delivery timetable for retail goods, such as chairs and tables, operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, from 8 am to 5 pm. While we cannot guarantee a precise delivery time, rest assured that our delivery personnel will promptly contact you when your order is prepared for drop-off. This is because our Ground service needs a valid street address to deliver packages.

In cases of high order volumes, there may be minor delays in shipping. Please anticipate additional transit time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay in shipment, we will promptly inform you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and presented during checkout. Here's an overview of our estimated delivery times:

  1. Standard: 1-3 days within Metro Manila for all in-stock or available items.
  2. Outside Metro Manila: 7-14 days.

Damages

At Rocco Furnishing International Ltd. Co., we prioritize meticulous packaging and shipping. However, we must clarify that we are not liable for any damage or loss occurring during transit with third-party couriers. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact the carrier to initiate the claims process, ensuring you retain both packaging materials and damaged items for the necessary procedures.

Rest assured, all chairs are dispatched in sealed boxes directly from our warehouse, guaranteeing their pristine condition upon receipt. In the event of transit-related damage by our courier, please reach out to us at feedback@roccofurnishing.com, and we will promptly address your concerns.
